You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment for Cuetto Pro (monthly or yearly) or the Lifetime license. You don’t need to give a reason. This is in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal described in our terms.
2. How to ask for a refund
Cuetto is sold by our online reseller Paddle.com, which handles payments and refunds. Use the link in your order confirmation email from Paddle, or visit paddle.net and look up your order. You can also write to hello@cuetto.com and we’ll take care of it. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
3. What happens after a refund
Your license switches back to the free plan. Your tags, your change list, backups and everything already written to your library stay exactly as they are.
4. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel Pro at any time in Cuetto under Settings, License, Manage Subscription, or through the link in your Paddle receipt. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then Cuetto continues on the free plan.
