Send feedback
On your Mac, choose Send Feedback… in the Help menu. On iPhone and iPad, open Settings in the Cuetto app and tap Send Feedback. Pick Bug, Idea or Other and write what happened or what you would like to see.
Your message goes to Cuetto’s own server, where only the developer of Cuetto can read it. Without a connection, Cuetto saves the message and sends it automatically later.
Your email is optional
Add your email only if you want an answer. We use it only for follow-up questions about your message, never for a newsletter, and it is never shown publicly.
What diagnostics contain
Attach Diagnostics adds a technical report. It is preselected only for bugs. Click Preview Diagnostics to read exactly what is sent.
On the Mac
- Cuetto and bridge versions, how long Cuetto has been running and what kind of folder it runs from
- macOS version, Mac model, chip, memory, language and region, time zone offset
- Free space and file system of the drive your library is on, and whether it is internal or external
- rekordbox version, whether rekordbox is running, database version and library counts (tracks, playlists, My Tags, missing files)
- License plan, status and expiry date
- Remote Access state with a hashed access ID, tunnel status and last check
- Paired and connected devices: device type, app version, Wi-Fi or Remote Access, which device is tagging
- Change List counts by kind of change and by device
- Session counters, like swipes
- Recent apply, sync and error events, also from earlier sessions
- The last apply: result, how many changes were applied or skipped and why, and the results for file tags
- Whether rekordbox changed your library since Cuetto read it. Cuetto checks this from file dates only and doesn’t open the database for it.
- A Hints list that names likely causes when your changes don’t show up in rekordbox
- Cuetto crash reports from the last 14 days: the crash type and Cuetto’s own function names only, no paths and no track data
- Recent log lines
Cuetto keeps a local list of the last 400 events for this. It stays on your Mac unless you attach diagnostics.
On iPhone and iPad
- App version, iOS or iPadOS version and device model
- Connection and sync status, and the Cuetto version on your Mac
- Recent events and log lines
What diagnostics never contain
- Track titles, artists, playlist names or tag names
- File names or folder paths
- License keys, tokens, keys, passwords or PINs
- Your email address
- Device names
Cuetto removes these before anything is sent, also from log lines. Details in our privacy policy.
